To support the heavily loaded structure, Keller is executing large-diameter pile foundations, ranging from 900 mm to 1200 mm, and depths extending up to 28 metres. Additionally, Keller conducted an initial pile load test using specialised reaction anchors, successfully confirming the pile's strength with test loads of up to 1850 tonnes.

The data centre is set to have a power capacity of 54 megawatts, capable of hosting global technology giants, cloud service providers, and large domestic enterprise clients. The project emphasises sustainable design principles and aims for LEED Gold certification, incorporating features like high-efficiency chillers, water economisation, intelligent energy management, and solar panels.

The foundation work is projected to be completed by September 2024. Keller's involvement in this project will be vital in constructing the state-of-the-art facility, laying a strong and stable foundation for the advanced infrastructure that will drive India's expanding digital economy.
